Yes, price quoted are fixed. There will only be additional charges if require us to lift and carry the piano up/ down when traversing more than 4 consecutive steps or flight of stairs.

3. How is my Piano Protected for Moving?

 

Protecting your precious instruments is our utmost priority!

 

• Piano will be shrink wrapped and packed

• Loaded on covered truck to prevent rain or shine

• Covered with blankets and fasten securely

 

 

4. Any Specific Moving Time?

 

Usually we provide a time frame for each piano move. If you have your preferred time of moving, we will definitely try our best to accommodate. But we seek for your understanding when it comes to different task constraint or delay due to unpredictable bad weather or traffic conditions.
